Gentle and Restorative Yoga for Letting Go
To help us find balance and healing in life we can draw on the rich depth of a guided yoga practice. Beyond the physical benefits, yoga can serve as a way for psychological, emotional and spiritual healing, helping us tend to anxieties, habitual patterns and discovering meaning.
In this Gentle + Restorative class, we direct our practice towards the calming and quiet attributes of yoga. Meditations and breath work will be woven through slow, gentle, mindful movement, followed by the longer held, supported and restful restorative postures. In this way, we unwind, we deepen our resilience, and we restore our vitality through letting go. Whether you are experiencing a significant time of healing, or are simply looking to keep well, this class is for you.

Session 1: Register for Sunday Classes
Sunday, September 29th to Sunday, November 10th (no class Thanksgiving weekend) 3:00pm-4:15pm
Come experience individualized yoga in a group setting, where the pace is gentle and accessible for everyone. Students will be guided slowly through postures, breath work and meditations, with lots of given time to individually explore relaxation and release through mindful, dynamic movement and rest. This class will be finished with a comfortable, prop-supported, restorative posture to help us deepen an inner calm, let go, and set the tone as we move into the day.
