End your week on a positive note, moving the stressors from the week out of your body and begin the weekend connected to yourself. Caring professionals spend a lot of time focusing on the wellness of others and our clients’/patients’ troubles can stay with us even during our time off. This gentle class will encourage you to take some time to yourself to process the week and then let it go. We will use asana (poses), movement, conscious breathing, sound, deep relaxation and pranayama. This is my thank you to all professionals who dedicate their lives to making other people’s lives better.
