End your week on a positive note, moving the stressors from the week out of your body and begin the weekend connected to yourself. This class is for yoga students of all levels – beginner to advanced. It will encourage you to take some time to yourself to process the week and then let it go, coming into the present moment. As it is an evening class our aim is to move towards stillness in preparation for a relaxing evening, allowing the nervous system to settle. We will use gentle movement, conscious breathing, sound, deep relaxation and pranayama to relax your body and still your mind.
