Next Year

As we are heading into the holiday season and the new year, I am thinking about how wonderful it has been to start to build energy around this little centre and how excited I am to keep that energy moving in 2019. I have had the privilege of working with some brave clients who are open to growing and learning about themselves. I have also been lucky to offer supervision to therapists in our community who are working with so much passion and commitment to improve the lives of others.

So next year, what do I have in store for all of you? Well, you may not know that my mission with this centre is to offer psychotherapy, yoga and education to clients and practitioners. So here is the list of upcoming workshops and services available through CPYC. There will be more coming your way so stay tuned!

I wish you all a relaxing holiday season. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Just do what you need to do. I will see you in 2019!

Warmly,

Tara
